The town of Spello sits on the Southern slope of the imposing Mount Subasio, Spello, population of 6,000, has a rich history which dates back to Roman times. The house is located very close to the historical "Torri di Properzio" the Properzio Towers. The property used to be a house with two "cantinas" - cellars, where the family made olive oil and wine and stored its supplies.
On a clear day you can see the church towers of Assisi, the distant Montefalco, Foligno and the rolling hills with olive groves and vineyards. The property is located only a few steps from the famous Torri Di Properzi a known Roman site. The property garden has a 1,800 year old Roman wall.
The structure is over 500 years old, a medieval structure which has been completely restored with all modern amenities. The house has now been divided into four residences and a large garden available to all guests. Our apartments also provide fast Internet connection . Italian mobile phones are at your disposal, so you don't need to worry about communications.
