The properties are located at the north end of La Manga strip. This unique location offers the choice of two seas, the Mediterranean or the Mar Menor (little sea). La Manga strip is a strip of land that is around 22km long. The Mar Menor is a huge salt water lagoon which offers warm shallow waters which is favoured by young families and those who enjoy water sports.
This location has one or two shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a frequent bus service which provides very cheap fares up and down the strip where you will find a great selection of bars, shops and restaurants offering meals and tapas at great prices.
Within the area you will find a whole host of watersports to do along with championship golf courses in the famous La Manga Club. They often do special rates now for non members of the club so you can take advantage of their fantastic courses for less than you think. Within La Manga club you will find a comprehensive range of spa facilities along with restaurants, shops and bars. There is also horseriding, go karting and bowling within the area.
If you prefer a restful and relaxing break, there are endless sandy beaches where you can relax in the tranquil ambiance of the whole Mar Menor area.
