Goutoules is well equipped and furnished and being on a single tiled floor, with just a couple of steps from the lounge /dining area to the kitchen and bedrooms is suitable for the elderly.

The cottage with its three bedrooms (one double, one twin and bunk beds) sleeps six, ideally up to four adults and two children.
Goutoules is a lovely stone built cottage which has been cleverly renovated to create a cool living space in the heat of the summer and a snug welcoming environment for the cooler seasons
Goutoules is well equipped and furnished and being on a single tiled floor, with just one step from the lounge /dining area to the kitchen and bedrooms is suitable for wheelchairs and the elderly. The cottage is nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen and dining area and a traditional Godin wood burner for those chilly autumn evenings.
The bathroom contains a large shower cubicle, two wash hand basins and a washing machine.
The hedged garden is mainly laid to lawn with a patio area, ideal for barbeque's with a childrens play area close by.
This lovely holiday home in a private location is ideal for a family holiday or a small party of guests.
Although the house has no pool, Saint Antonin Noble Val boasts a lively outdoor swimming pool during the summer months and there is a small water park about 15 kilometres away.
Goutoules comfortably sleeps four adults and two children.
