It gives me great pleasure to offer my apartment for rental to you. It is situated in the heart of our capital, Budapest. This apartment is situated in a beautiful monument building, approx. 3 minutes walk from the well-known Oktogon square.
The apartment includes two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with triple beds which are luxuriously furnished, with all modern conveniences / Internet, bathroom, kitchen, toilet. In each room there is a television with multiple channel broadcast.
Anytime you want to spend time in Budapest, a week or just a few days you are welcome to Kefecz Apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of all the major attractions furthermore it is an excellent place for sight seeing. The elegant Victorian apartment offers relaxation within a peaceful area of the city centre.
There are many shops, pubs, restaurants and a supermarket opposite the flat also the famous Gundel restaurant and Kulacs restaurant only two stops by metro or by tram.
The closest spectacular sights from the square Oktogon include the Opera House, the famous walking street the, Váci utca” the Vörösmarty Square, the Heroes Square, the City Park, the Széchenyi Baths, with the underground train, the Margaret Island, the largest Shopping Centre in Europe the River Danube, which flows across the city, and separates the Buda side from Pest side, and from where thousands of pleasure cruises sail away to their journeys.

0-6 years old we will charge 30 % from the standard price, if they are between
6-14 years old we will charge ½ (half) price 50 % from the standard price,
14 years old & over full adult price.
These prices do not include breakfast. If apartments are requested for groups of up to 8 – 9 persons, we will make a 10% discount.
We wish to draw your attention upon the fact that, on special occasions, such as Formula 1 races, Christmas or New Year holidays, we set our prices after individual talks with the customer.
