Please note that in the unlikely event of a cancellation of the reservation, the 30% paid is not refundable regardless of any circumstance of cancellation. Should a cancellation be made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount remains payable.
For last minute bookings (30 days before Arrival) the 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid immediately and cancellation will not be refundable.
