This fishing village offers an interesting choice on bars, fine restaurants with seaside terraces, where you can have fresh fish served along with “papas arrugadas con mojo” among other delicious dishes. There are also supermarkets, bakeries etc. Los Lagos Beaches are perfect for family with kids, as the lavic barrier stops the incoming waves, creating thus a kind of natural pools of calm water and sandy ground. The very brave will find the wildest waves for surfing and windsurfing (not suitable for beginners) on the other side of El Cotillo, right behind El Tostón, (a 17th century tower open to visitors and with impressing views of the ocean).
