Lorgues is situated almost midway between Aix and Nice. Close to the main A8 autoroute, it is approx 1hr 10min from Nice airport by car. The region is surrounded by vineyards and fields, as well as many cultural highlights. Easy access to the sea, with such famous resorts as Cannes, St. Tropez and St. Maxime being very close. 40 minutes from the Gorges de Verdon. Fantastic shopping in Nice and Marseilles.

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge of 20 Euros per person. Additional maid service is available upon consultation with owner.
Damages deposit: A deposit of 400 Euros is paid at the same time as the final payment. This deposit will be returned to the renter within one calendar week of the end of the letting period(less any damages to the house and/or furnishings - not including normal wear and tear). Confirmation of the return will be sent by email, outlining deductions (if any) and full details.
Booking deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking, with the balance due no later than 60 days prior to the beginning of the letting period. For bookings made less than 60 days prior to the beginning of the letting period, the payment must be made in full.
Payment must be by bank transfer/wire.
Cancellation:
The following rates apply:
Over 90 days before the beginning of the letting period - 90% of received payment.
Between 60 and 90 days - 50% of paid deposit refunded (or 75% is the full price was paid)
Between 30 and 60 days - 50% of received payment
Less than 30 days - 25% of received payment
If as a result of events outside of the owner's control the house becomes unavailable, we will immediately notify you. In this unlikely event you will be fully reimbursed and in addition a further 10% of payment received will be added as compensation.
