Joondalup Country Club - adjacent to the villa.
Arena Sports Complex:- only 5 minutes away on the edge of the Joondalup City Centre.
Hillarys Harbour:- 10min away. Heaps of restaurants and shops, in an idyllic setting, to choose from!
Perth City Centre:- A modern but relaxed city that has retained many of its historic buildings, some of great beauty, and because of the compact nature of the city, these can be easily explored on foot, or by Perth's unique CAT service.
Sunset coast beaches:- A selection of white sandy beaches and blue seas are only 5 minutes away. Swimming, fishing, surfing or just lazing in the sun, the choice is yours!
Freemantle:- Situated on the mouth of the Swan River just 19km from Perth. Freemantle has been described as the world's best preserved 19th century seaport. Easily visited by boat, train or car. A great place to spend a day.
Subiaco:- Situated just 5 mins drive from central Perth, Subiaco is a shopper's and food lover's paradise.
Kings Park:- Set on the high ground, just minutes from the centre of the city, lies the glorious Kings Park. Encompassing over 400 hectares, of which more than two thirds is natural bushland, it gives sweeping views of the central city, the south bank of the river, Melville Water (an inland sailing paradise). During the summer evenings try the open air cinema.
Swan Valley:- Less than 25 mins drive from the house lies the Swan Valley, Western Australia's oldest wine growing region. Historic Guildford, at the entry to the Swan Valley, has an array of delightful craft, gift and antique shop, along with many beautifully restored colonial buildings.
