The house is situated in the western Algarve in a village called Praia Da Luz just 5 minutes drive from a large town named Lagos. Both Luz and Largos have excellent restaurants and Largos has plenty of shopping. Lagos also has a wealth of history with cobbled streets and regular festivals. You can also go dolphin watching daily.
Luz is very much a family oriented village. The beach is large and stunning with a children’s play area. There are also water sports available. Luz has a couple of small local supermarkets (3 min walk) selling warm bread and many Portuguese foods. An 8 minute walk (3 min drive) will take to a larger supermarket. There is also a chemist and doctor in the village plus an 18 hole golf course nearby.
The walk to the beach from our house is just a few minutes, the beauty of this being that you don’t need to use a car.

A booking deposit is required on booking of £150.
8 weeks prior to your holiday you are required to pay the outstanding payment of your holiday. The total cost of the holiday minus the £150 booking deposit.
Also at this time you are required to pay a refundable breakage deposit of £350. This will be returned to you in full, should there be no breakages or damages to the property during your stay.
Cancellation fees - If you cancel before making the outstanding payment you will lose your booking deposit of £150. Eight to Four weeks before your holiday commencement 80% of the total cost of your holiday will be retained. Finally within 4 weeks of your holiday commencement we will retain 100% of the holiday cost.
Should we not receive the above payments we shall make every effort to contact you. However, if we fail to contact you the house will be re-let.
