Bridgewater Crossing is set in conservation land with a 40 acre lake, ponds and wetlands. It is a pretty and peaceful rural environment which you'll enjoy returning to after an exciting day at the theme parks.
Guests are welcome to make use of the communal facilities in Bridgewater Crossing, which include a large heated swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a children's playground and a BBQ/picnic area overlooking the lake These facilities are within walking distance of the villa.
It is a short drive to a large well stocked supermarket and a selection of restaurants offering dine in or take out facilities. The local gas station (less than 1 mile away) has a small grocery store.

Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
The above rates include all taxes, amenities (except pool heating, please see below), provision of bed linen and towels and professional cleaning upon departure.
Pool heating is usually required during the cooler months (November to March), at an additional cost of GBP15.00 per day for a minimum of 5 days.
A deposit of 25% of the total due is payable upon booking to secure your requested dates.
The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A security deposit of GBP 150 to cover any loss or damage is required when you pay the balance. This is refunded in full within 2 weeks of your departure, subsequent to a satisfactory inspection of the villa by our management company.
If you are visiting during the cooler months (November to March) and wish to heat the pool, the additional cost is payable with the balance.

The screened pool has underwater lighting and heating for the few cooler months of the year. The shaded lanai with table and chairs is a real bonus as you can enjoy being outside whilst remaining in the shade. However, sun worshippers will probably prefer to use the sun loungers on the deck area around the pool! |
