The villa is situated in the mountains on an urbanisation. There are lovely views over the valley all the way down to the sea (Denia).

The villa is situated on the Costa Blanca near Denia and Javea beach. The nearest airport is either Valencia or Alicante, both of which are about an hour’s drive from the villa. Benidorm is approximately 25 minutes drive south of the villa.
The area “Aldea de las Cuevas” (in Benidoleig), where the house is situated, is an established urbanisation of about 150 villas. It is a very calm area with beautiful surroundings of high mountains and unspoiled nature. There is a childrens’ club, bar/restaurant and tennis club for use by guests and residents of the urbanisation within a 2 minute walk of the house. The beach is only 15-20 mins drive away and there are spectacular views down the valley to the Mediterranean.
