Cleaning on departure - £45.00 - this cost will be added to all bookings regardless of duration. A mid term clean is also available if required (for durations of 2 weeks or more) for an additional £30.00.
Cot hire - £10.00 per duration - please note you have to supply your own cot sheet and cot blanket. This is a standard sized travel cot.
A £150.00 refundable deposit is required to cover breakages/damage. This is refunded within 14 days of return.

La Torre Golf Resort is located in the province of Murcia in Southern Spain, which has approximately 300 days of sun per year and an average temperature of 21°.
La Torre Golf Resort is not only ideally situated for the many golf courses in the area, it is also only 15 minutes away from the lovely beaches on the Mar Manor.
The house is furnished to the highest standards and has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday including English channels on the TV.
The resort offers many top class facilities including a Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course, swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants, bars and a supermarket (UK branded food and alcohol). There is also a free shuttle bus service between the other Polaris World resorts.
LOCATION
Situated only 15 - 20 minutes from the capital of Murcia, La Torre Golf Resort is located in Torre Pachecco. The easy access to the Murcia-San Javier motorway makes everything within easy reach. For example, Murcia airport is only 15 minutes drive and Alicante Airport is only 45 minutes. The AP7 motorway which which is the main road linking all destinations is only 10 minutes drive.
THE RESORT
The resort has everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The house is 'frontline golf' which basically means you are located on the edge of the course giving enviable views of the course.
As well as the golf course, La Torre also has its own town centre that has a 200 room 5 star Intercontinental hotel with a business and congress centre, restaurant, cafes and pubs, supermarket, driving range, tennis courts, gym, spa and small shopping centre. There are also numerous swimming pools around the development for use by the residents.
The resort also has 24hr security service, CCTV cameras and controlled access into the resort.
THE CLIMATE
Murcia's climate has been described by the World Health Organisation as being one of the best in the world. Murcia's summers are hot but not too hot due to the cooling breezes and the winters in Murcia are mild with many clear blue sunny days. Murcia's climate and weather is very healthy especially for sufferers of arthritis.
BEACHES
Only 15 minutes from La Torre Golf Resort. The Mar Menor is a huge (135 square kilometres) salt-water lagoon, separated from the Mediterranean by the 24 kilometre long La Manga del Mar Menor (The Strip). The average depth of the Mar Menor is only four metres and at its maximum it is seven metres which means that the seabed slopes very gradually and you have to get several hundred metres in before the water is of any depth. The beaches have also been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag. This is only awarded to those beaches that meet exacting standards of cleanliness and meet stringent environmental criteria, and are also provide safe bathing
The Mar Menor's salinity provides buoyancy so it is, supposedly, one of the safest places to swim in the world. The mineral-rich waters are said to have therapeutic effects and because of this the area has a significant spa tourism industry.
LOS ALCAZARES
Only 10 minutes from La Torre Golf Resort. A town with shops (supermarkets, chemist, banks) and many restaurants (English, Spanish, Indian & Chinese). You can also park the car and walk through the side streets to the beach.
CARTAGENA
Only 25 minutes from La Torre Golf Resort on the AP7. There is a wealth of history and architecture to see as well as the attractive port area where there is a mixture of old and new buildings. There are many excellent shops in Cartagena including El Corte Inglés, a very large and up market department store. There are signs all over the city directing you to it, so it is easy to find. There is also a sizeable Carrefour and Eroski.
MURCIA
Only 20 minutes from La Torre Golf Resort. The city of Murcia is vibrant and well worth a visit. A mix of new and old architecture and Loads of shops and restaurants. A new large shopping complex has recently opened with loads of familiar high street chain shops.
LA MANGA
Only 35 minutes from La Torre Golf Resort. Take a trip down the strip, visit the restaurants and bars at the La Manga club or visit the unspoilt beaches and nature reserve.
