It is situated very close to the border of Portugal (5 minutes drive). It shares the charms of both areas with all their advantages. The development itself will have leisure and entertainment facilities, as well as two international 18-hole golf courses. The apartment is very well located and is just a couple of minutes walk to the club house as well as to the commercial centre. The nearby town of Ayamonte offers many authentic Spanish restaurants, tapas bars and pubs. the fantastic beaches of Isla Canela in Spain and Monte Gordo in the Portuguese Algarve are only 10 minutes away. There are river Cruises on the Guadiana. Children's water park, go karting, bird watching, cycling, horse riding and the famous Donana National Park close by. The cities of Seville in Spain and Faro in Portugal are both within 1 hour drive.

There also charge for cleaning and laundry fee of 75 EUROS per booking, and a fully refundable deposit of 190 EUROS for breakages. Payable to the agent when you arrive and is refunded when you depart following inspection of the apartment by the agent.
Air conditioning is optional if required at extra charge.
Linen is included. For rentals of longer than 7 days, cleaning and change of Linen can be arranged for an additional charge.
