Located just 20 minutes away from Faro airport, Vale do Garrão is set between the Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago estates, just a few minutes walk from the Algarve's most renowned beaches It is also an enviable location for any golfer as several of the Algarve's famous golf courses are to be found within a 3 km radius.
The magnificent natural backdrop almost guarantees that everything you do will take place in awesome scenery. The pine forests and parkland make this some of the best golfing country in Europe.
There is plenty for others to occupy themselves with. Alongside the beach, there is a freshwater lake offering a variety of water sports from fishing to windsurfing. If you wish to stay dry, the tennis centre is an excellent facility as is the equestrian centre.

The villa is only about 1km away from the beach, which can be reached by walking through woodlands, or by road.
A selection of fine restaurants can be found within the local area offering the finest of the world's cuisine. As you would imagine, seafood features high on many menus! There are also many cafes and bars where you can pass the time away.
Other amenities include 4 championship golf courses, a large tennis centre and a supermarket, all within walking distance.
For those eager to enjoy the local nightlife, the Trigonometria disco situated at the Quinta shopping centre is worth a visit.
Although not essential, we do recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay in the Algarve and are able to assist you with this service. |
