Weekly prices are fully inclusive, including all taxes and cleaning. Please contact the owners for late deals or special pricing for stays of three weeks or more.
Payment by credit or debit card, PayPal or cleared cheque, US or UK.
25% deposit is required upon booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Discounts are available for bookings of 2 weeks or longer.
Late availability - please call for special prices. The rental charge is for up to 10 guests.
Cleaning at beginning and end of rental period is included. A daily maid service is available if required at an additional cost. Pool heating at £40 per week (if required) needs to be added to the total cost. We strongly advise that an all inclusive holiday Insurance cover be taken out. A refundable security deposit of £200.00 will be payable to cover any breakages/damage. The security deposit will be refunded to the client no later than 30 days after vacating the property, subject to no breakages/damage.

The property is located on Encantada resort. The resort address is 3070 Secret Lake Drive, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. Detailed directions to the house will be included in the booking confirmation. Check Google Maps for the location & an aerial view of the resort (please bear in mind the photo was taken over a year ago & the resort is now nearly completed).
Flights From UK
Orlando International Airport is just 20 minute's drive away. Several airlines, including BA and Virgin, fly direct from the UK to Orlando International Airport.
Sanford Airport is around an hour away and served by charter airlines such as MyTravel. |
