Menorca is the second largest of the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean Sea off the South East coast of Spain and its coastline has over 100 beautiful clean sandy coves and beaches. Menorca has a wealth of history with the two main towns of Mahon, which boasts one of the biggest natural harbours in the world, the old capital of Cuitadella with its Georgian architecture and over 500 places of historic interest on the island. The restaurants in the Port of Mahon are wide ranging and open till late. If you do wish to explore the island hire a car for a few days!
Mahon and its famous Port is 20 mins by car. Alaior 15 mins by car. The historic town of Ciutadella 45 mins by car and well worth a visit. Son Parc 35 mins by car. Canutells 10 mins by car. Binibeca 10 mins by car. Punta Prima 15 mins by car.
Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy, taxi rank, hairdressers, Internet cafe, bus stops, car hire companies, cash points and currency exchange booths are all within walking distance of the Villa. The beautiful beach at Cala’n Porter is a 10 minute walk from the Villa and can be reached by steps, by car (the large car park is free), or by tourist road train which has several drop-off points and runs late into the evening. The large clean sandy beach is enclosed by high cliffs, with beach bars, restaurants and shops. You can hire sun beds, parasols and pedaloes. |

The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a large lounge and dining area with patio doors to spacious terrace area and private pool, as well as a fully fitted and equipped kitchen/breakfast room.
Completed in December 2007, this is the last of 12 newly built properties and is furnished to a high standard which offers all the expected 'mod cons' including air-conditioning, a full Sky TV package, DVD/CD player and internet access.
There are 10 steps from street level to front of the Villa. The Villa itself is split level with 1 step between living and sleeping areas. There are no steps from the terrace area to the sun bathing and pool area which is south-west facing and gets sunshine all day with stunning views of the sunset in the evening, ideal for al-fresco dining.
There are 6 sun loungers, a terrace table, 6 chairs, 4 parasols and a free-standing barbecue. The swimming pool has 3 steps leading in and then slopes to a gradual depth of approx 2m. The pool is fully maintained and an attendant will visit twice a week. The Villa is fenced and gated for safety and security and is children friendly. |
