The resort Los Lagos offers the best opportunities for your holiday and combines the luxury of the Marbella area and its famous marina (where you can watch the jet set), with unique shopping areas, unforgettable day trips to Ronda, Gibraltar, Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba, the Spanish enclaves Ceuta and Melilla or Morocco or beautiful sandy beaches with numerous water sports facilities. A few kilometers east from Marbella you will find Elviria. With a couple of luxury hotels, beautiful golf courses, shopping area’s and restaurants, Elviria is the holiday destination of those who want to combine luxury with relaxation and having a delicious beach and other facilities within arm’s reach.
Los Lagos is a residential development, finalised end of 2006 and built on the prestigious golf course Santa Maria. The development harmonises with the standing and the prestige of the golf course.
The Marbella area belongs to the most sunny regions of Europe with approx. 320 days sun a year. Even in winter time, temperatures can easily reach 20º C. An ideal location for people looking for a long-stay winter holiday.
The distance to the beach is approx. 1.500 m., shops, supermarket and restaurants are on 1.200 m.
Judt 3 hours flight from the UK you find a marvellous holiday destination in a quiet environment.
Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf is a half hour car drive from Malaga Airport.
The 1 bed/bathroom apartment on the first floor has a spacious and tastefully decorated living room, providing access to a large south facing and furnished terrace. From the terrace you have spectacular view on Gibraltar and the Mediterranean Sea.
The bedroom has a balcony with view over the development, pool and golf course.
Bathroom with bath/glass screen, toilet, fitted washstand and bidet.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you may expect in a luxury environment.
The whole apartment has warm yellow marble floors. The design is warm and tasteful, harmonising with the terracotta building.
In the underground garage, accessible through an elevator, we have a private parking place.
A Puerto Banus based golf organisation has set up a discounted green fee arrangement that we are allowed to offer our guests.
As we are travelling To Malaga on a regular base, we have agreed on a car rental discount scheme, allowing 15% discount. Guests needing a rental car may benefit from this scheme.
