We stayed at the most delightful apartment "Anne". Lovely swimming pools in a mature garden with big palm-like trees. There was no shortage of anything in the comfortable and surprisingly spacious apartment itself, with a large veranda/ terrace with extra table and chairs to sit out in the warm evenings. Even though we were only there for a few days in mid-October it was so sunny and warm! Lots of clean bedding and towels and nice cosy beds. It was easy to quickly pop out for food and provisions since, just up the road to the right, (a mere few tens of metres) there is a small but supermarket-like shop with everything available and a low-cost but charming cafe/restaurant (with delicious mousaka etc.). Down the road to the left towards the sea, a few hundred metres, is the Kato Paphos region. While you're walking you find all kinds of restaurants (always belly-bursting amounts of delicious food - so try not to order too much at once) and bars etc. down to the harbour where you can go on boat trips, see a castle, magnificent Roman mosaics, ancient amphitheatre and the Tombs-of-the-Kings (if you walk a bit more up the coast). The apartment was great spacious and bright with plenty of linen and crockery which is unusual for a holiday flat, nice also to have sun beds designated for each apartment ( no arguments) The taxi driver (Demos) was a great help, there on time at the airport, once we arrived at the apartment he took us to the door showed us where the spare key was kept and also booked our return flight, this would have been especially helpful if we were arriving at night as most taxi drivers dump you at the block and you have to find your apartment in the dark so first class service, your car hire recommendation was also good very helpful and polite. The small supermarket to the right was ok for emergencies, we tended to use the large one down by the marina, as it only took us about 20mins we walked back, although there was plenty of taxis available. We tended to eat out most nights as it was only a 10 to 15 min walk to the resturants. I will certainly be recommending your apartment to family and friends going to Cyprus. We had a lovely holiday in Paphos and we were very pleased with the apartment. We found it very spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed except maybe an oven, though this was not a problem. We were very grateful for the use of the mobile phone, using a so-easy card was very simple and the calls were surprisingly very cheap, so thank you very much for that. We also appreciated the cool box, which we used when we hired a car for 3 days to explore some of the island and it kept our food and drink nice and cool in the sweltering heat. Thank you, again, for allowing us to use the apartment until we left for the airport on Saturday, it made things very easy for us and we appreciated your consideration.
