The dining area seats 8 people, there is an informal leather sofa and chairs situated at French windows making this the perfect family room. This room enjoys plenty of light.
Also on the ground floor is a luxurious private lounge area hidden behind wooden doors. This benefits from a large flat screen and DVD player and enjoys access to the garden area. It is beautifully furnished and a perfect spot to relax at the end of your day and savour your days’ experiences in Dubai.
Bedroom 1 is also situated on the ground floor. It is a luxury double bedroom is bright and benefits from a fantastic en-suite bath/shower room and excellent wardrobe space.
The stunning staircase takes you up to the 3 further bedrooms. It overlooks the living area below and gives an open relaxed feel to this villa.
