There is a fully equipped wooden-finish kitchen with its own small circular breakfast table. It enjoys a large 6 ring electric oven and hob, microwave, huge stainless steel American style fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and all utensils and crockery. The maids’ quarters with laundry facilities lie off the kitchen as does access to the garage internally.
The beautiful staircase takes you to the 4 bedrooms. Three double bedrooms, one twin, all benefiting from lavish ensuite bathrooms. A spacious hallway upstairs enjoys a large wooden seating area and off here lie the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is front-facing. It enjoys magnificent furnishings, its own small private balcony, a wardrobe area and luxury ensuite bath/shower room.
The Master Bedrooms is spacious, light and looks over the frond waters below. A comfortable chaise longue sits in this room making it a haven for unwinding. The ensuite is an excellent size, benefits from 2 separate wash basins, a large corner bath unit with water jets, a walk-in shower and separate toilet facilities.
Bedroom 2, also facing the back of the villa enjoys a gorgeous private balcony looking over the frond waters below. What a perfect way to start your day gazing out to sea! Again this room enjoys luxurious furnishings, a double bed, excellent wardrobe area and fantastic ensuite bath/shower room.
Bedroom 3 sits at the side of the villa and enjoys twin beds, a beautifully finished ensuite and good wardrobe space.
This villa is quite beautiful and perfect for family living. The Palm Jumeirah is excellently located within new Dubai. It is not busy, shops, the metro, restaurants, entertainment and other sporting amenities will open in time and this will be a once in a lifetime experience residing here.
