The cottage is located on the southern edge of Carmarthen, which offers a market, a castle and other historic sites, a good range of shops and a local theatre. Llanstephan beach is just 4 miles away and if you wish to travel further there are other seaside resorts within reach including Tenby, Saundersfoot, Pendine, Amroth and the Gower Peninsular.
There is plenty to do in this area of Carmarthenshire with activities ranging from fishing, golfing and cycling to horse riding and pony trekking. There are steam trains and castles too in this area of South West Wales. There are many more parks to visit. The historic town of Kidwelly, Laugharne Castle and the Taf estuary are all nearby. The National Botanic Garden of Wales is situated in the Tywi Valley to the east of Carmarthen town.

Security Deposit £100 extra to cover the cost of any damage, breakages, cleanliness etc. The cottage is to be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure, and the deposit of £100 will be returned within seven days (7) days after the end of the holiday, less any deductions for damage, breakages or for any excessive cleaning we carried out etc.
Arrival times 3pm and departure time 10am. On arrival please come to Skyviews which is next door to pick up the keys for Acorn Views.
Cancellation-Alterations
Cancellations are to be in writing by the person who made the booking. There will be a charge of £100, therefore we will keep the Security Deposit.

The ground floor accommodation comprises a hallway, nicely furnished lounge, including a brick fireplace with electric stove, and a dining room with a comfortable seating area. A good selection of books and games are provided. The up-to-date kitchen has all new units, kitchen equipment and a seating area/breakfast bar. In addition there is a utility room, WC and basin, a separate cloakroom and a ground floor single bedroom.
Upstairs are a further three bedrooms. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower, basin and WC. The second is also a double bedroom with twin beds and the third bedroom contains a single bed. The family bathroom contains a bath, basin and WC.
All linen is provided and beds are freshly made up for arrival. A cot is available on request.
Outside
The block paving drive approaching the cottage provides parking space and the private garden is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the countryside.
Guests Responsibilities
The use of the accommodation, equipment, and any other amenities on site, is entirely at the hirer’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the guests personally, or their belongings- including cars.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a septic tank. It is important that no sanitary or baby items are not flushed down toilets.
The cottage is to be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
Owner’s liabilities
The owner shall not be liable to the guests for any equipment, machinery or appliance in the cottage, garden or for any loss damage or injury causes by adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes of any other matters beyond the control of the Owner.
