"Villa Vista Mar de Baladrar" is situated just off of the Moraira-Calpe coast road, around 6 or 7 minutes easy drive to the centre of Moraira and a short walk from restaurants & bars. Situated just 100 metres from the sea and the beautiful and quiet Baladrar beach which during the summer benefits from a small thatched beach bar.
There is driveway parking for 2 to 3 vehicles and gated entrance into front gardens and covered porch leading into a large impressive entrance hall. An archway leads through to large lounge leading in turn on to a glazed "Naya" with further seating and full width doors to the rear garden.
