Just a three minute drive from the village of Algoz, where there are a number of restaurants and shops as well as banks and a post office. We would recommend car hire to make the most of your stay - a ten minute drive will take you to the Algarve Shopping Centre, this modern complex has numerous shops & boutiques, cinemas, bowling alley and fast food outlets & restaurants.
The town of Albufeira is only a 15 minute journey and has something for all of the family from shopping & cafes to restaurants & discos. Zoomarine (including swimming with dolphins), water parks, the beautiful sandy beaches of Gale & Castelo, and the historic towns of Loule & Silves are well worth a visit. Slightly further afield, the towns of Lagos and Portimao, or a trip to the Monchique mountains make a nice day out. There are numerous golf courses within a thirty minute drive and the nearest, Salgados, is only a ten minute car journey.

Prices are for up to 8 people. Deposit required at time of booking 30%
Balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday, or payment in full if booking within 56 days.
Refundable damage deposit of £200 required with balance.
Payment accepted by bank/Internet transfer or personal cheque.

The villa has views across to the groves from the two balconies that are accessed from the two upstairs bedrooms.
Downstairs also has an en-suite bedroom as well as the living/dining room area and well equipped kitchen.
Around the pool there is a barbecue and an alfresco dining terrace which offers the opportunity to fully enjoy good food and a bottle of wine on a warm evening.
There is a detached annexe within the grounds of the villa which has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. This is also available for rental but is not included within the villa rental.
The villa and pool are cleaned on a weekly basis.
The villa is available for long-term rental as well as short-term holiday rental.
