Rental price includes house keeping 6 days per week. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen changed twice weekly. If you are using the houseboy to drive you, then less housework will get done!
Price includes pool cleaning, garden maintenance and local phone calls.

A deposit of 30% is due at time of booking, with the balance due 90 days before arrival.
