Rental price includes house keeping 6 days per week. Linens (sheets, towel, dish towels) are changed twice a week. The maid will run short errands including grocery shopping if required, subject to taxi fares.
Prices include the pool cleaning, garden maintenance and local phone calls. A mobile phone is also offered with pay as you go service.
A deposit of 25% is due upon booking, with the balance due 90 days before arrival.
Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments incur a 2.5% processing fee.
A £200 security deposit is payable at the time of booking and refundable on departure.
