A 25% deposit by cheque, bankers draft or electronic transfer is required to secure your booking
Payment of the balance must clear our bank 10 weeks prior to arrival.

12 week cancellation policy. If we are able to re-book your dates we will gladly refund you in full.
A security deposit of £200 is required. This is fully refundable, subject to inspection on departure.
Pool heating is available at a cost of £75.00 per week.
The cleaning fee is £110 per rental.
All prices are subject to US Tax @12%.

There’s nothing to be said that hasn’t already been written about Serenity. I concur with all that’s been said and endorse every word of praise others have given. The dreams and aspirations of everyone who takes a holiday in Florida are encapsulated in this film star home. Dreams and reality often part ways but not here. Close your eyes and dream of a holiday home - that’s Serenity. … and yet the brightest stars are John and Caroline, their neighbours and friends; they are the ingredient which takes this villa to a different dimension. Anyone who has stayed in Serenity will return - we will.

Serenity villa was beautiful.The photographs do not do it justice.Great position, beautiful view.Everything we needed was in the villa,which was spotless.We have rented villas all over Florida and this one goes down as one of the best.Charming friendly neighbors.We would recommend this villa to anyone

First of all my only critisism was....there was nothing to critisize! The villa was extremely well presented,thoroughly spotless and everything was in excellent working order.
The heated pool overlooking the waterway was a real plus point especially as the odd dolphin swam by to take a nose. We have been coming to Florida one or two times a year since 1976 and this villa is probably one of a couple that my wife and I would return to. As stated in other reviews the location of the property is ideal for all the amenities Punta Gorda has to offer.
Thank you John for the call during our stay to ensure we were satisfied with the villa and for the very pleasant bottle of wine on our arrival.

Thank you John & Caroline for the use of your fantastic home. We visit Florida a lot and have always rented Luxury Villa's. This villa is one of the best we have ever rented. As the name suggests this home is total peace and quiet. As business people ourselves we were looking for a total "chill out holiday" and we found it at Serenity Villa.
The villa was immaculate, with everthing you would need, even down to fihing rods and equipment, cycles and helmets and inflatable toys for the pool. The advert for the house said it had the best view in Punta Gorda and it more than justified this boast. I spent many hours fishing from the boat dock catching a vast array of fish. One fish caught was so large I could not lift it up to the deck, it snapped the line. I have added a large landing net to John's fishing collection and would urge any keen angler to take it to the dock, you never know what size fish is lurking not far from shore.
Wonderfull holiday, Fantastic location, even better than the photo's show, you would have to see this villa to believe how good it really is. Also need to mention that the bed in the Master bedroon is the biggest and most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We will definatly be going back and would highly reccommend this piece of Paradise to anyone. Thank you once again John & Caroline, Pure Heaven

This Villa is perfectly named as we had a fabulous, restful holdiay here in Punta Gorda. The villa is beautiful, very comfortable, spotless and just as decribed in the advert and photographs. It is the perfect retreat for any holiday. John and Caroline were very friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a great stay. We would definately recommend the Villa to friends and will have no hesitation in returning ourselves at sometime in the future. |
