Orlando International Airport is 50 minutes drive from our home, there are two other international Airports within easy driving distance.
1. Sanford International Airport is approximately 60 minutes away.
2. Tampa International airport is about 70 minutes away
Shopping and Dining
The 192 and International drive areas are very popular for shopping and dining out including Festival bay shopping mall for those days you crave shopping. There are also numerous fast food/dining facilities such as Dennys, Arbys, Golden Corral and Ponderosa to mention but a few.
Attractions
Disney World is only a 10 minute drive away. Seaworld and the universal Parks are about 30 minutes drive away. The highway 192 has a good selection of shops and attractions/restaurants along its route and the famous international Drive area boasts a selection of shopping malls and attractions such as the Titanic, Wet n Wild, Ripleys Believe It or Not and Wonderworks.

Payments Booking Cancellation: If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
An initial deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
Credit/Debit cards accepted through our management company based in Kissimmee, Florida. Payment Methods: Master Card, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) , Travelers Cheques, A refundable security/damage deposit of £150 is due at time of booking.

A cleaning fee of £45 will be added to bookings of less than 5 nights
