Below we look at what some of these are and provide some tips, which will help you when it comes to finding the right cottage for your holiday.
1. Set Yourself A Budget - Remember you are paying for the accommodation to rent on a weekly basis, rather than per person. Therefore if you can only book a cottage that will comfortably sleep the number of people that are going to be vacationing with you. If you book larger accommodation than you need then you will actually have to pay more for it. For example if only four are only then do not go and book a cottage that is designed to sleep eight.
2. Duration - You next need to look for those that will be available and fit in with the time scale of your vacation. Also, you may find that some cottages that are available for rent require you to check in and out on a specific day. Many of these types of rentals require you to check in and out on a Saturday so you need to make sure that these will fit in with your vacation plans.
Along with checking the dates when the accommodation can be booked from you also need to find out if they have any specific time periods that it can be rented for. When it comes to renting a holiday cottage normally you can rent the accommodation for a period of either 7 or 14 days only.
3. Dates of your Vacation - Be aware that if you are looking to book your holiday cottage during a time when the school holidays are taking place actually getting what you want exactly, can be extremely difficult. It is therefore better if you can as soon as you know which property it is you want to rent you book the accommodation well in advance.
However, if this is not an option for you then you may need to be slightly more flexible when it comes to you holiday dates. You may find that in order to get the holiday cottages in Le Marche that you want you may need to alter your travel plans in order to do so.
